Help Center & FAQ

Welcome to the Wear US B2B Help Center. Find immediate operational answers regarding our custom apparel programs, supply chains, file formats, and decoration durabilities.

1. B2B Sourcing & Supplier Pipelines

[woodmart_accordion title=”What brands of apparel do you carry?”]

Our dynamic catalog is built entirely on industry-standard, retail-grade brands sourced directly through Canada’s largest wholesalers (S&S Activewear and SanMar Canada). We carry: Gildan, Bella+Canvas, ATC (Active Athletic), Nike, Jerico (Made in Canada), Independent Trading Co., Champion, and Flexfit.

[/woodmart_accordion] [woodmart_accordion title=”Do you sync live stock availability?”]

Yes. Our backend systems are wired directly via API to the wholesale warehouses in Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver. This prevents situations where a client signs off on a color/size that is out of stock.

[/woodmart_accordion] [woodmart_accordion title=”Can we get undecorated blank samples first?”]

Absolutely. For corporate uniform rollouts or large team buys, you can purchase blank samples at our second-tier bulk rate to confirm fabric quality and fit before committing to full-scale decoration.

2. Artwork & Graphic Setup Specifications

[woodmart_accordion title=”What file formats do you accept for logos?”]

To ensure high-fidelity decoration, we require **vector-based artwork**. Accepted extensions are **AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, or SVG**. Highly structured, high-resolution (300 DPI) **PNG files** with transparent backgrounds can work for DTF printing, but are not suitable for fine embroidery or screen print setups.

[/woodmart_accordion] [woodmart_accordion title=”Do you charge graphic setup or screen fees?”]

No. Unlike traditional print shops that stack digitizing fees, setup fees, and screen fees on checkout, Wear US uses a B2B direct model with **all-inclusive pricing**. The unit price you are quoted is the exact price you pay.

3. Decoration Methods & Durability

[woodmart_accordion title=”Embroidery vs Screen Print vs DTF: What should we choose?”]

The best method is determined by the garment, quantity, and design complexity:

  • Embroidery: Stitched directly, giving a premium, raised feel. Best for polos, quarter-zips, and caps.
  • Screen Print: Clean ink pressed through screens. The most cost-effective method for bulk runs (50+ tees) with 1-2 flat colors.
  • DTF (Direct-to-Film): Highly flexible transfer film. Unrivaled for multi-color detailed graphics, sponsor sheets, player names, and numbers.
[/woodmart_accordion] [woodmart_accordion title=”How should decorated garments be washed?”]

To maximize print and stitch life, we recommend washing decorated apparel **inside-out in cold water**, and **tumble drying on low heat** (or hang drying). Avoid bleach or direct ironing on printed film surfaces.

4. Corporate Welcome Kits & Logistics

[woodmart_accordion title=”Do you offer employee onboarding kit packaging?”]

Yes. Our **Welcome Kit Program** manages complete fulfillment: we procure the custom branded boxes, organize size configurations, pack decorated garments (e.g., tee, hoodie, cap) alongside custom note cards, and drop-ship kits directly to your remote recipients across Canada.

[/woodmart_accordion] [woodmart_accordion title=”Can we split shipments across multiple office branches?”]

Yes. During our proofing and confirmation phase, you can upload a CSV distribution manifest mapping quantities, sizes, and specific shipping addresses across different branches.
